Playback issues

Hi everyone

I have three cameras in three rooms and this morning I noticed that I could not playback the recordings of motion detection on one camera, so I did the usual SD format, turn on and off etc.

What I get is a black screen and the play icon crossed out. I have now checked the other cameras and they are all the same, so clearly not a card issue. Is this because of the recent update?
