Hey @ant Thanks for coming to the forum for assistance. I am sorry to hear you’re having issues. I just tested the MAC desktop app and was able to login in without issue.
Can you share your desktop model?
Operating system?
We will do some testing on our end to see if we can recreate this issue. From what I’ve gathered, if the app won’t even launch, it might be a local issue. The questions above will definitely help our team go in the right direction.
