I have two YI cameras, I have downloaded and installed the app to my PC, I have read through the forums and installed I believe the latest version. Now The cameras work fine on my phone and signed up through my Google account, however, the desktop app doesn’t have that option nor does it accept my Google email and password. I have even tried to signup through the PC app and it tells me every time, “invalid validation code” I was thinking about signing up for the cloud service, but if I can’t even get the PC app to work it would be pointless and a waste of my money.
You may try to login using the QR code option of the PC App.

Thank you that worked, not sure why the user interface is so confusing, and the correct QR scanner is hidden in the mobile app settings menu.
I can’t login with QR CODE or EMAIL, gives me a http fail code
also, the app doesn’t work.
