Hello recently purchased 2 outdoor wireless cameras. One of the cameras after inserting the batteries inside is erratic as to if it wants to power on. I know by the status light. sometimes I have to reinsert several times. Once inserted and powered up, it will lose power as soon as I screw the shell on. This is all prior to having connectivity issues and having to manually update the firmware. Can anyone assist in how to go about getting a warranty replacement? I can’t find any way outside of this forum.
