Ordered new subscription cameras wont connect to

I ordered a new subscription to plus for my cameras. I had a previous one that i thought was cancelled but when i try to connect cameras its stating i csnt have multiple subscriptions which i dont want. Says i have to wait till may of this year well that doesnt make sense. How do i delete the cameras from old and get into new one. I already tried no option and i deleted cameras and app reinstalled still have same issue. Please help annoying

If you log in to

https://cloud.yitechnology.com/#/login

Use your application credentials and select the correct country for your account.

Click on the burger menu (the three lines top right).

If you then click on orders it should load you up your orders. Click manage to administrate the cameras.
