Hey,
I am trying to develop a custom firmware for the old Yi4k camera, I have done lots by reverse engineering.
By the way, I am thinking as the camera is not produced anymore, the firmware not updated anymore and the platform old enough if I can get someone who can provide the source code of the Yi4K cam.
Some people are always using it and if I can provide more features whitout hacking it it will be awesome.

Hi. Any updates? I managed to dig out my yi4k+ after a while. It still performs well tbh. It’s only the app that I can’t install on my s24 ultra due to it being an old architecture. Does anyone have a workaround or a modded app that works on newer phones?
All my YI Kami cameras have now been sent to the landfill… We installed new TAPO cameras in the new year and it nice to have an app without 1 billion ads and gaslighting support. What a dreadful company this has been!
