Hello wondering if anyone knows how to hard reset a yi nvr I have tried to contact them twice but it’s been six Days now!stupidly I forgot my admin password. Thanks.
Hey @Xcom sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we don’t have anything to do with that product. In 2016, YI Technology split off from Xiaomi and we now have different product lines.
