Notifications from 1 in 6 no longer happening

Apologies if this is already posted, this interace is awful from a mobile.
We have 6 outdoor cameras, 4 wired (powered) a 2 wireless (battery). 5 are connected to the Cloud service, one uses SDcard. One of the wireless is on SDcard.
All Alert and Notify on both iOS and Android, other than the wireless Cloud connected.
When first installed they all Alert and Notified.
The firmware on them all is current, the KamiHome App on iOS and Droid is latest too.
The wireless camera not alerting is on 2.4G WiFi and it’s ID is BFUSY27A3FB93F191113

Reset has been tried, no change.
It recordeds to the cloud, it can be watched live, but it does not Alert or Notify …

Lost for things to try, wondering if it’s your side as 5 out of 6 are working fine?

Usually the issue you are experiencing is a temporary one and will correct itself. If it’s not done so in two days I would suggest accessing kamihome website and contacting support.

It’s been like it for over a month now . I’m an Electronics Engineer of some 40-years experience and we’ve tried all the things I could think of, and it just refuses to Alert/Notify regardless of settings. All the others are fine, it is as if the mechanism for that camera is not enabled in the Cloud.

Might have helped if you had mentioned in your original post that it’s a month since it worked.

Refer to customer services to assist you further based on that.

Hey @Gladiator61 Contact our support team at www.kamihome.com/contact and they can do some deep diving into what’s going on.

I will aslo do some digging and see what I can find out more and how to best resolve this issue. As YorkShire pointed out, this usually resolves itself and is more related to an issue with the phone or internet connection.
