Suddenly today when I click on the app the screen is staying black and I can’t see my cameras. They are working because I am receiving notifications.

@Sarah_Kami You added black screen for ads. If you have NO ADS option selected in app settings you will not be able to click on close button because it will not be shown.
Reinstal app -> close ads -> use app. Worked for me
