No Timeline on YI 1080p Home Camera 2

Hi

Today I saw that two of my YI 1080p Home Camera 2 cameras do not show the timeline when I finger click the image. Both have 32GB SD cards and they always did show the timeline.
One of the cameras is included in my Motion Recording Plan, the other camera is not included.
Other cameras I also have like Outdoor or Domes show the timeline.
There were no changes to my router or Wi-Fi settings, my phone has been the same OnePlus 6T Android for over 2 years, and there have been no changes to camera power or location.
On my wife’s Android OnePlus 7 it happens the samething, but on her iPad, touching the image displays the timeline.

YI Home App version is 4.80.11_20210302 and it was updated 8 hours ago

Is there anything I can do to overcome this issue? Thanks.

Hey @angelo_lopes Thanks for coming to the community for more information and a little assistance.

Can you please download the Kami Home app, login with your Yi Credentials and see if the problem is replicated?

Hi Steven. I downloaded and installed Kami App and the problem is replicated.

I still can’t see the timelime.

1st is a YI 1080p Dome Camera
2nd is a YI Outdoor Camera 1080p
3rd is a YI 1080p Home Camera 2 = NO Timeline
4th is a YI 1080p Home Camera 2 = NO Timeline
5th is a YI Outdoor Camera 1080p
6th is a YI 1080p Home Camera 2 = Timeline YES
7th is a KAMI Wire-Free Outdoor Camera. It is Off because of the Pandemic. The batteries do not last much more than two months although there are rarely alerts of activity in the garden. Maximum 2 ~ 3 times a day, many days nothing. I can’t go to Spain,can’t replace them :cry:

They all have 32GB SanDisk Ultra Class 10 SD Cards

As you can see, the first two YI 1080p Home cameras do not show Timeline even though they have SD Cards. The third show the Timeline.

Hi @Steven_Kami I thank you! Now that you ask for other concerns, I have another issue, but this one I think everybody does and probably it already is with your team: after you watch a 6 seconds video, you have a Replay and Complete video “buttons”. Clicking Complete video you see a “You have no AI detections”, and on other situation “No uploaded videos today” message.
Insisting, or clicking the Cloud button, after some insistence you get to see the entries. I know this, but people that doesn’t know may think there were no detections when they actually did exist.

I have same problem with time line on that camera model. I think is a problem with app last release. YI Outdoor Camera 1080p and kami mini have a normal time line to scroll from left to right. only in YI 1080p Home Camera 2. Thanks for your replay

@Lawrence123456 Thanks for your patience! We are working to improve the app. Sometimes bugs do come up.
