Hi. So I got billed via Apple App Store for a month renewal but it never showed in the app. Emailed support and they are 110% worthless. Anyone have recommendations on how to get reimbursed or get the service that I was charged for?

If the subscription was paid via the Apple App Store, you must initiate the refund through the Apple Store.
Do you have an open ticket with our support team? Can you send me your ticket number?
Or, try logging into your account at cloud.yitechnology.com and make sure your cameras are synced correctly.
