Hi,
All notifications have stopped in my yi home app.
I’ve reset, upgraded firmware and nothing. I’m about to put them in the bin as I’m really frustrated.
I’m using a mi 9t and all worked fine previously. I have had a new WiFi router so don’t know if that would cause an impact. I can view the feed in real time without issue when on the wireless network.

If this doesn’t help try deleting the application and reinstalling it.

I can’t follow the instructions on the app as it seems I don’t have ‘human detection’ as an option.
Have tried the reinstall but no luck there
So what is not working. Just the notifications ? I note you have changed the wifi router. If you’ve not already done it.
Fully remove the camera from the application and reset it then try setting it up again.
Yes, the notifications and then the alerts in the app, so they just aren’t getting triggered. I’ll try the full reset one more time.
