I subscribed to a years worth of service on February 9th. When I work up this morning to check my night footage, it claimed I wasn’t subscribed to the cloud and gave me the option to purchase various plans. (Nothing was recorded after midnight, other than the 7 second videos) I should still have several months that I paid for. I also do have the order number.

That said they might have a few days turnaround on support tickets.
