Hello my Camera works great on Wifi but not on 4G 
using YI Home App
please help tested on 2x others phones only works on wifi
Hello which country are you in and what phone and operating system are you using.
Also what mobile network are you using?
You may need to switch off 4g and try 3G only.
If on iPhone:
From your iPhone. Go through the following:
- Settings
- Mobile Data
- Mobile Data Options
- Voice & Data
… then select 3G.
Then try again.
If Android:
- From the home screen, tap Apps.
- Scroll to and tap Settings.
- Scroll to and tap Mobile networks.
- Tap Network mode. Tap CDMA to disable 4G LTE, 3G access only. Tap LTE/CDMA or Automatic to enable 4G LTE when available.

Hey @Mucha Is there a reason you’re using 3g/2g instead of LTE/3g/2g? Try switching to this setting and give it a shot.

Hello @Mucha - so on the phone not working it doesn’t work on 3G, 4g but does on wifi?
On the phone it works on. It works on 3G, 4g, wifi? You are in the exact same place (so same cell tower), same mobile network provider Orange Polska? Just a different brand of phone?

Helpful information there. If its contained in a certain geographical region but works everyone else that sounds like it would be a stellar theory on cause.
