Alerts are not being picked up by the Windows PC App. This started a few days ago.
Alerts are there on the android phone app but will not download to the PC app at all.
There is also a bug on the phone app when deleting the alerts. Sometimes the delete does not work and the same alert is still shown or even downloaded again.

Hello, it’s the same problem for me and for everyone using the Windows YI / Kami app. You have stopped communicating alerts to the app. Communication goes out requesting the alerts but no communication comes back from your servers.
Are you planning to abandon the Windows app?
