No alert on motion

New WiFi Panorama Camera user. I’ve just purchased a cloud program because I wanted to get alerts when a human entered the camera range. Added the camera to the cloud. I walked outside in front of the camera and around the corner and back. Did not receive an alert. Sensitivity is set to low. What am I missing?

To turn ON the notifications feature from your mobile device, kindly do the following:

Launch the YI/Kami Home App > Settings > Smart Detection Settings > toggle Motion Detection on and Set the Sensitivity Level to High.

Access the Settings of your mobile phone > Applications > Application Manager > YI/Kami Home App > Notifications > toggle Allow Notifications on.

From the Settings of your mobile phone > tap App Permissions > YI/Kami Home App > toggle Permissions on.
