Just purchased your 1080 Outdoor camera and night vision is not working. Note that the last 1080 camera lasted 7 years before it finally stopped working, so I’m very happy with the product.
I’m sorry that you’re having issues with your Night Vision. Please follow the steps below to resolve your issue.
Check the firmware update
- Go to the hexagon symbol
- Go to device settings
- Go to Firmware version
- Tap on the update button (also take a screenshot of this page and send it to us)
Turn off and on night vision
- Launch the YI/Kami Home App.
- From the Welcome page, tap the thumbnail of the camera you want to change the settings of.
- Tap on Settings.
- Go to Camera Settings.
- Toggle off or on the Night Vision IR Light feature.

Firmware is up to date, I can only find setting to turn the Red lights on or off, my camera only records dawn until dusk whether its on or off. Was fine upto a couple of weeks ago until I changed my phone, all other aspects of the camera are functioning as normal.
