Back in August we upgraded to a new stronger wifi router And soon discovered that my 1080p Home Camera Family 4 pack instantly went off line.
Ive tried manually resetting but without luck.
Any clues how to start over?? Ive loved the cameras and do not want to be without them.
Any help would be Most appreciated!
Hey Pitchpines! Once a camera is already connected to a specific network and you decide to pair it to a different one, you need to delete your camera from your account, reset the camera, and pair it to the new network of your choice. You also need to make sure that your network is a 2.4GHz network.
