Network Connection error

Hi - suddenly getting network connection error message after 3 year’s of no problems at all.

Uninstalled /reinstalled app - cleared cache. Router is same router.

The unusual thing is if I change my country to USA I can set up an account / so connection the server but as soon as I change it to UK which is the correct option - it will not connect to server.

Any ideas why this is happening?
