need help to cancel my duplicated yi cloud service

somehow I found I duplicately ordered yi cloud service. I only have 3 camera but I ordered 3 yi cloud service plan for motion detect when actually each of plan allow up to 5 camera.

And somehow I ordered the plan with annual renew again today. I think the reason I made mistake is the instruction in your app page is not very clear.

BTW, I did not found the link to cancel my cloud service.

Could you help me for that ? are you able to refund me the extra money I paid for duplicated plan. you already charged more than 6 months for 3 duplicate plan
