My camera will only go to the left only a half circle 180 . is there a trick to change this so it will do the 360 like it did when I first got it?
Any chance you can describe what happens when you try to use the directional controls?
Any messages in the app? Any noise from the camera?

Can you take a look into your settings for the camera, and specifically the rotating settings? And, @YorkshireUser had some good trouble shooting questions. Let us know. We can also open up a ticket with customer support if we can’t get this taken care of together.
