My camera suddenly stopped working

Reset didn’t help. The lens is moving, but the camera doesn’t say anything.

Hey Sophie! That must be frustrating! Let me help you check the issue. If the camera has been already paired successfully before you encountered the said concern, kindly delete the camera first from the YI Home App. Then reset the camera, then proceed to pair the camera back to the app.
