My camera has stopped working

The camera was working fine, but suddenly it was all orange. I have reset the cam and now it does not recognize the qr code and there is no way to configure it.

1- Your camera model - (Home, Dome, Kami)

2- Your Phone Model - (ex. Samsung Galaxy)

3- Your iOS/Android version - (This can be found in your phone setting).
For iOS, go to Settings > General, then tap About “Software Version”
For Android, go to Settings > System, then tap About phone “Android version”

4- Your YI Home or Kami Home app version -
For YI Home app, tap Discover > scroll down then tap “About”
For Kami Home app, tap Discover > scroll down then tap “About”

Also, what steps have you taken so far to try? Did you reset the camera? If you tried a reset was it successful?

The cam has been rebooted I have tried to install the firmware supplied from the yi website with an sd card.
It stopped working after a while of use, showing the screen in the app blurred in orange. It rebooted and does not read qr code. It does not advance from that step.
It does not give an error message, it just does not go beyond that configuration step
