If you haven’t already you can try repositioning the camera and see if the focus issue would go away. If you’re using an Android Device, you can also try enabling the Hardware Decode feature
To enable the Hardware Decode, please follow the steps below:
- Launch the YI/Kami Home App.
- Tap on Account .
- Tap on App Settings .
- By default, the Hardware Decode is disabled , toggle the button to enable Hardware Decode.
