Last week after an update, the multi camera view allowed me to scan back in time on my cloud history. By clicking on a clock icon in a camera view window I could access cloud history. Today after applying a new update, the feature has disappeared. I have 5 cameras and a cloud subscription. When will this feature be reinstated please?

Hey @Zweeto thanks for your patience. There was just an app update released to address some of the problems that came up. Can you check to see if your app version is up to date and let us know if the problem is still persisting?

The latest Kami update came through 26 March which I applied then. There has been none since. Yi home had an update 25 March. Both of them have lost the feature to scan back in time via cloud footage on a camera within the multi camera grid view. They are behaving as if they think I don’t have a cloud account. I have also deleted and re downloaded the app. I’d appreciate a fix fir this.

I just did and it shows no active plans. My cloud account was setup from within the Yi home app and I pay a monthly subscription via iTunes. I have had this setup for several years. I think the subscription I have is not linked to the yitechnology cloud system. I am in Australia - Asia pacific region. I’ve noticed before there is a disconnect with my subscription snd the America system.
