Motion notifications query

Hey all

We put a goowls * 1080P HD 110° Wide View camera on the front door. However were finding the motion notifications are not always picking up people. Is there something we should change in settings or the position of the camera? I don’t really want to post a shot of how the camera looks as I never know who may see this and were having to use the camera because of illegal activity going on outside our property by neighbours.

Hello this forum discusses Yi or Kami branded cameras/devices. I would suggest a google search for your brand for the best advice.

So this isn’t for the YI app support which my camera uses to record the motion?

The camera may make use of the generic Yi app but the applicable functionality is specific to the camera brand. If you search for your brand it may have a community forum.
