I understand buying cloud service per 5 cameras but how do I view them I can only view 5 camerS not the other 5 on computers or phone only 5 so I have 16 yi cameras but can only view 5 no matter how many cloud plans I buy please cansomone help me
You should see them all but only 5 will record. I moved to SD cards and have over 15 cameras at various locations and different networks but can see all of them. Sometimes it looks like it doesn’t record but it eventually shows up. I think it is a bandwidth issue on my network. Anyway if they are all added to your one account they should all just show up live abs then you need to decide which to click on and whether to view recordings.
