Mobile APP crashed

App kicked me out.
Tried to log back-in but password fails to work - ‘Invalid data format please try later’
Try to use ‘forgot password’ but after adding email there is no code to tap (app is just hanging).
And now I have no access to cameras or security of house remotely!!
More unnecessary unexpected and unexplained inconvenience from YI.
