Can anybody help. I’ve had my YI account for about 3 yrs now and I’ve always been able to watch the 6 seconds free view. I have just replaced my phone so had to log in again to YI and now I can’t see the 6 seconds. Cheers.

I understand the importance of the 6 seconds alert clip. You mentioned you replaced your phone and now you are unable to view or playback the 6 seconds alerts clip. Is it possible you might’ve created a new account instead of signing in to the original?
