Log In Problem with New iPhone

I now have the following problem. I have a new iPhone and since then I can no longer log in to the Yi Home app with my email. It always comes User unknown even if I use LTE

Its possible you used your Apple ID to create the account. If you’ve used the same Apple ID on the iPhone you can try tapping on the Apple logo from the sign-in screen.
