Keep getting pops asking me to subscribe to cloud

On a fairly regular basis when I click on a motion detected clip it will pop up asking me to subscribe to the Kami cloud, but already do, I have to exit back to the app main screen then renter the camera to view the clip. This happens enough to become quite annoying especially as I am paying for the service already.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. If you don’t want to see the ads, you can subscribe to our Cloud Service. This will instantly remove any ads of Cloud in your app.

I already do subscribe for two separate cameras. The app is buggy and I often have to close and reopen to get rid of the ad asking to subscribe.
