Getting the following on the app:
"Offline Notification. Current account has expired. Please login again".
However, it keeps throwing me back to that page.
On the website, I cannot login even if I change my password.
I have just received a reply from support saying:
“We are aware of this issue and is currently on top of our priority. We appreciate your time and patience as we resolve this issue.”
I hope this helps others here who are worried by this message.
