My Kami outdoor camera has a evil base from hell. This is an awesome camera. We’re knocking out the really simple install (like really simple). Started to screw the camera onto the base. No happening. We take the base down. Camera screws onto base with no problem. Put base back up, camera’s a no go again. Now my base is all beat up and scuffed. Anyone had this issue or have any words of wisdom cuz I’m about to go mike Tyson on this base. Please help

I personally haven’t experienced that issue so I can’t offer much advice, but if you think the base is defective we can look into replacing the camera for you.
Wondering if you can purchase a new base as an extra for placing in different locations?
