The Kami doorbell app does not show a video feed when the doorbell is depressed. I hear the doorbell and the chime goes off but there is no video feed that pops up on my Samsung Galaxy 8 phone so I can view who is at the door. When I first got the doorbell and paired it to my phone the video popped up but then that feature went away. Is this an issue with the doorbell or the app?

Checked the settings for the doorbell and I do have the current firmware version. Is there something else I can check to see why my live videos aren’t popping up?
