I’ve been using Kami wireless cameras and a Kami Doorbell for a couple months. The doorbell battery runs down VERY quickly. Like every 2 weeks or so. Much faster than the cameras. Does it sound like I have a malfunctioning battery? Also, my Doorbell is hardwired (makes my existing chime ring). Why is the hard wiring not powering the device? The battery shouldn’t be necessary, right?
Hey @Ron If the camera is hardwired, then the battery should not be an issue what so ever. Check out this youtube video on install instructions, let us know if these are the steps you took.
