Hello there i recently purchase a Kami Doorbell camera Model YDS.20120 . I have question about the video quality.
my problem is when ever someone rings the bell and detects motion of people the video is always recorded so blurry you cant even make up the faces lol. i have set the quality to HD, but for some reason it always records on the lower resolutions defeating the purpose of face recognition lol.
while streaming live view everything looks real clear like it should be. Does anybody have a similar problem or knows how to fix it ?
i have my camera thru my 5GHz band showing 40 % signal strength if that helps .
