Iphone app not working - black scree when loads up

Yi Home app. Just get a black screen when I load up. Is this an error with the adverts?
This makes my system unusable. My neighbour bumped my car and I wanted to check the footage. This is totally unacceptable. What is the point of the cameras if I can’t access the footage when I need it.

I have updated the app to the latest version. Could you correct please.
