This morning we were hit with a bug that may affect new customers or those trying to uninstall then reinstall their Kami or Yi Home apps. You may have noticed that our apps are currently not listed in the Apple App Store.
We are aware of the issue and are working diligently with Apple to fix the problem. We expect the app to be available within 24 hrs. Your patience is greatly appreciated while our team works to have the apps up again. Sometimes unexpected things happen, and our team is working quickly to resolve the problem.
If you already have the Yi/Kami Home App or Yi IoT app on your Apple device, you will not be affected by this small outage. There is no effect for those using Android devices.
