Installation camera model error

Hi,

please help, finally after 2 years of searching I got a YI PTZ 1080p outdoor camera, but now I can’t activate it in the app. the application recognizes it, registers on my wifi and at the end, when it offers to use it, it says “Camera Model Error please change the camera and rebind it” on the screen.

Where the problem???

Have reinstalled the app, made new account on different phone,…
