I keep getting wifi password error

Bonjour,

Hi, I have exactly the same issue. My 4 YI Home 1080p cameras was working fine for a few months, then suddenly 3 stopped working and now I keep getting “Wi-Fi password error” although all the 3 points are correct (password, location services, 2,4g)

So annoying, any help or updates how to fix?

I have a YI Home 1080p

only 1 of 4 cameras it’s working fine now

You know, it used to be a real pain to see a Wi-Fi password on your iPhone. Thankfully, Apple made it a lot easier now, especially if you’re running iOS 16 or later. The trick is, it only works if you’ve previously connected to the Wi-Fi network and saved the password. You can’t just see the password for any random network.
So, if you’ve connected to the network before, you’ll want to go to your iPhone’s Settings. Then tap on Wi-Fi. You should see a list of networks you’ve connected to. Tap the little “i” icon next to the network you’re curious about. If you’re lucky, you’ll see a password field there! It might be hidden at first, but there should be an option to reveal it.
Keep in mind you might need to use Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to actually see the password, just for security reasons. If you don’t see the password field, it means you probably haven’t saved it on your iPhone. In that case, you’ll have to ask whoever manages the network for the password, or maybe check the router itself if you have access to it.

If none of these solutions work, you can follow for best instruction below.
