I am currently receiving notifications on my locked screen but how can this notification be a still shot of a video notification rather than having to open each individual notification up each time?
Hi @Heath thank you for joining the forum. You have to open the app to check alert clip footage. But if you are receiving too many notifications that it is becoming annoying you may need to look at adjusting your alert frequency, or using the ‘Home’ function if you’re home and don’t need to be alerted.
