Well, donโt panic, you can try to reset your camera and re-connect using your new wifi password/ account.
Use a thin needle or pin to reset the camera.
The reset button is located on the upper left side of the QR code on the backside of the camera or you may need to remove the back cover of your camera (depending on your device version).
Please hold down on the reset button until the yellow light turns on. The reset is successful when the yellow light is on or you hear the voice โReset is successfulโ.

2.Router configuration

- YI home camera currently supports only 2.4Ghz band, it does not support 5Ghz band Wi-Fi

- Ensure that the Wi-Fi name is in English letters and numbers and the password does not include special signs.

- Ensure that the router encryption mode is WPA/WPA2

- Open the QOS in Advanced settings, set the device at the highest setting

- Turn off the wireless access control on the black and white list and cancel the option of black and white list

- Turn off the AP isolation in the setting of the router
