Hey @jlim24 Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear you’re having issues downloading the Yi Home app for your Mac with OSMonterey. My best recommendation to get this resolved ASAP is to revert back to Catalina.
Right now, our team is heavily focused on imrpoving the mobile app and our AI Models. We are a mobile heavy provider so it will always take priority. It is in our roadmap to make the same improvements to the Mac/PC app. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
