I have also sent several emails over the past couple of weeks to support@kamihome.com and haven’t received a response at all. Not even a confirmation receipt email from them. Is their email system working? Are they working? It’s hardly customer support if no one is responding in a timely manner or acknowledging your communication.

Still no response from your company. I have sent 4 emails - here is a number that was sent with the canned response 559758 -and created two community posts. I feel like the next logical step is to consult with the Better Business Bureau. All I need to do is return my purchase and buy something else. This is absolutely a waste of time.
