I want to cancel my icloud service as I no longer want or need it. I canceled the automatic payment, but I was advised to contact YI technology to be certain that it is canceled. I tried calling the 8
“844” number, but no agent is available during work hours, I tried sending email, but unable to proceed as I couldn’t log in even if my yahoo credentials are ok. I just now send a chat message about this cancellation request via the Bot, hope I hear back from anyone and be certain my service is terminated. This is so frustrating, anybody here had similar experience with their customer service support?
