How to activate cloud subscription?

Hi there,
I just installed my camera and purchased a cloud subscription. How do I link the 2? I see the live feed, but there is no option to activate the cloud.

@NinaK In order to use the cloud service with your camera, the camera has to be added to the service. I bought a cloud subscription for 1 year (40$). First, the registration key for the cloud didn’t work. The Yi Technology rep who answered after 2 days said it was an old number and gave me a new one. I downloaded the app for the cell phone and my laptop. The new registration key worked for the app on the cellphone, but not on the laptop. I wrote to Yi Technology asking why it didn’t work. They told me to use the same number. Still doesn’t work. I asked for a new number. No answer. So I have a cloud subscription that doesn’t allow me to record on my laptop.
The image though is clear, but had I known it would be so much trouble, I wouldn’t have bothered with them.

The video is usless. I need to know how to activate the cloud on my laptop app.
