How do I delete my community support account?

So I’ve finally sent my two Yi Dome 2k camera back to Amazon because it is unable to add Timestamp on the downloaded photos and videos from Live & SD recording. Yi Support has been silent and I gave up asking.

As I will never ever buy another Yi or Kami product in the future, can anyone tell me how I can delete this useless Community Support account?

Be careful, I canceled my account and was still charged $99.00 3 months later. Kami would not or said they could not refund. Still no help from Kami. I’m out $99.00.
