I have been trying to hook my 4th camera up to my account and it will not regardless to what I do. Any tips on why after a 3rd it will not load. Is there a customer service number anywhere?

What is the power source?
How far from the wifi router is it?
There should be no challenges when adding a 4th camera. We have users with over 20!
