I have been trying to hook my 4th camera up to my account and it will not regardless to what I do. Any tips on why after a 3rd it will not load. Is there a customer service number anywhere?

what is the model of the the 4th camera?
What is the power source?
How far from the wifi router is it?
There should be no challenges when adding a 4th camera. We have users with over 20!
Any more details you can share about what your seeing when you’re trying to pair would be helpful.
