i own a HD 1080P YI IOT Camera WiFi IP Security Camera Pan/Tilt, my wifi is not good connection, but camera has ethernet cable support, how do i connect using this in the yi home app, as it only shows wifi option.
Hi @nosscar what make and model is the camera? Even though it may have a ethernet input, our app only supports WiFi connections.

Hello, Thanks for the camera details, the cameras needs to be connected to a 2.4GHz WIFI network. Instead of you
using the YI Home app, kindly install the YI Iot app.
yes i have both pc apps installed, the ethernet cable is only connected to a mesh disc for stronger connection, then it is transmitted via wifi to the router. But it is also connected to app via wifi too.
Since upgrading to ee smart router with 2 mesh discs, my connection is now good.
