Google home states it is linked to the Kami camera but unable to locate it or view my camera on Google home

Hi just recently purchased a YI dome x and have two YI 1080P cams. I’m trying to connecting all three to my google home account and stream on my home hub max
I’ve followed the settings provided but the first time it asked me to enter my account details and then told me it has linked successfully however it does not shot as a linked device every time I tried to link the account again same message however something wrong and appears and tells me to try a again. In tried adding from my wife’s phone, restarting devices etc but same issue.
Can anyone help?
